Who we are
This website is operated by RiskEx (Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil), the controller of the personal data collected here. Contact: contact@riskex.ai.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect the data you type in the form: name, company, work e-mail, country, number of sites and your message. We also collect technical data needed to serve the site (IP address, browser and pages visited) and, if enabled, anonymous analytics.
Why and on what basis
We use contact data to reply to your request and schedule the demonstration (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under the LGPD, Law 13.709/2018, and the GDPR). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Retention
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a commercial relationship begins. Technical logs are kept for the period required by law.
Sharing and transfers
Data is processed on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and by the e-mail and form providers we use to receive your message. Where data leaves Brazil or the EU, we rely on the safeguards provided by those providers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about the processing of your data, and withdraw consent where it applies. Write to our data protection officer at contact@riskex.ai.

This site uses only strictly necessary storage (for example, to remember your language choice). If analytics cookies are enabled in the future, this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.
The RiskEx platform
Personal data processed inside the RiskEx platform on behalf of customers is governed by each customer's agreement, in which RiskEx acts as processor.
